  1. Hi Robbie, someone reccomended this site to me on boards.ie when discussing golf fitness. He said he is a friend of yours and that you would be a good man to ask.

    This off-season I have started in the gym (golf related) but I’m not sure if I am doing the right things. I do feel that it is definitely helping but I could be wrong. Would I be able to detail what im doing to you to see if its ok?

    I live in Terenure in Dublin,I play off scratch and I’m 21. I have a late start on the fitness because Iv just finished a pretty heavy degree in DIT and I just played golf when I finished for the summer.

    I would very much appreciate your help via e-mail, but if you can’t its cool.
